It still pisses me off that on Trans Day of Visibility people complained about it being “overrun by white AFAB’s!!” 

1. They’re still trans people and have every right to participate. If you didn’t want them to participate then call it AMAB Trans Day of Visibility or Trans POC Day of Visibility.

2. Most of Tumblr period is white and AFAB, so of course that’s who is going to post. We can’t have it be full of TWOC when there simply aren’t as many on here able to participate. 

3. AMAB trans people outnumber AFAB trans people 3:1 off the internet, meaning in comparison there’s less resources for AFAB trans people that actually matter unlike selfie notes.  

4. Most of the selfies that got high amounts of notes were trans POC, disabled trans people, AMAB trans people, TWOC, etc.
